These are all video lectures from Swami Rama. In the courses I have put audio files in MP3. The video files were too large to link here. I will work on a solution. In the meantime, the audio files are really sufficient. Almost all of the videos are just a camera pointed at Swami Rama. In some of the segments he writes on a blackboard, but not very much.
